Many of us get caught in looping thoughts, inner tension, and quiet arguments with life. We try to fix our circumstances or change ourselves, hoping that steadiness will follow.
In this space, we slow down and gently notice the stories and patterns you’ve learned to live inside of- so you can relate to your experience differently and feel more at home in yourself, even when life is messy.

The foundation of this work
I work with Andean spiritual practices, including rites and mesa work, studied through Naughty Shaman with Natalie Griffin
10+ years exploring the mind, nervous system, and how life patterns shape us
Homeschool mom, observing learning, growth, and human behavior in real life
Personal practice: learned how to stop arguing with reality and find deep, lasting peace- now guiding others to do the same
You may notice your mind constantly narrating your life- replaying conversations, anticipating outcomes, or scanning for what needs to be fixed. Your body may stay alert, holding tension as if it’s waiting for the next thing to manage.
This doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It means you’ve learned to relate to your thoughts, feelings, and story as if they require constant control, explanation, or resolution.
Many people find their way here not because their life is falling apart, but because they’re exhausted form living inside their head and from looking outside themselves for clarity, permission, or peace.
This space isn’t about fixing yourself, stopping your thoughts, or becoming someone new.
It’s a place to slow down and notice how your’e relating to your inner world, your beliefs, conditioning, emotions, and stories- with honesty.
I don’t tell you who you are, what your purpose is, or what Spirit wants from you. I don’t offer answers, timelines, or promised outcomes. And I'm not here to be an authority over your experience.
Instead, I hold a grounded, supportive space where you can listen more clearly to yourself and remember that you have choice in how you meet what’s already here.

On the table, I work with your energetic body. I attune to and track the energies moving through you. Including layers that aren’t always visible or accessible through the mind alone.
People often experience a sense of calm, clarity, and steadiness- sometimes immediately, sometimes unfolding over time. Everyone’s experience is unique, and a range of emotions may arise during the session.

About This Practice & Krystal
I work with shamanic practices and intuitive listening, though what matters most is how I show up. Trust in each person’s inner knowing.
My life was shaped by hardship. For a long time, I lived inside a story that cast me as the victim of my circumstances. I didn't realize how much that story was shaping everything- how I saw myself, how I related to others, and how much tension I carried in my body and mind.
I looked outward for relief. I tried to change people, situations, and outcomes, believing that if things were different, life would finally feel easier.
Everything began to shift when I turned my attention inward.
I started to notice my thoughts, patterns, and beliefs not as truth, but as learned ways of relating to experience. Life stopped feeling like something that was happening to me. I became more aware of what was actually mine to work with and what wasn’t.
Over the years, I’ve been in spaces that held me in my own becoming. There were no expectations, no prescribed outcomes- just gentle unfolding. Those experiences left a deep impression on me, and it’s what I hope to stand for in the work I offer here.
Balance. Connection. Belonging. This is the aim of the practice, and the invitation it extends to each of us.
Experience & Insight
My work is shaped by lived experience, long- term study, and the way I practice trust, presence, and non-interference in everyday life- not just in spiritual settings.
Over the last 10+ years, I’ve immersed myself in study, practice, and leadership, including:
Peruvian shamanic traditions and lineage-based practices
System oriented studies such as Human Design, Destiny Cards, Astrology
Ayurvedic perspectives on the body and balance
Child development through attachment-centered, unschooling, and consent-based philosophies
Participating in and facilitating communities focused on connection and growth
Unschooling deeply informs how I hold space. I don’t rush insight, prescribe meaning, or prioritize outcomes. I trust that clarity, learning, and remembering emerge naturally when there is safety, time, and genuine curiosity.
