What if peace isn’t something you have to create- but something you stop interrupting?
You might feel like your mind is spinning, replaying the same story over and over. Tension builds, frustration hums quietly through your body, and every effort to make life different feels heavier, like you’re trapped in a loop.
These looping, quiet stories- thoughts you haven’t looked at closely are called uninvestigated thoughts. They argue with reality itself, tightening the system around a story that says what is shouldn’t be this way. Every attempt to resist or control what is only tightens the inner trap, and the struggle feels endless.
In this space, we slow down to meet these thoughts. We get curious about the stories you carry. Then move into shamanic energy work to let the body respond and release what’s ready. This is a grounded, embodied process that supports realignment from the inside out.
Meet Krystal
For a long time, I moved through life on autopilot, reacting to circumstances and trying to control outcomes. I didn’t realize how much the story I was living shaped how I saw myself, how I related to others, and the tension I carried in my body and mind.
Motherhood revealed a new way of being and showed me that awakening to life as it is would have to start with me. Over the past decade, I’ve been held in spaces that supported my own becoming, while also dedicating myself to deep study, inquiry, and lived practice.
Now, I guide people to notice the thoughts and stories running their lives and to reconnect with the wisdom, balance, and freedom already within them. My work blends shamanic lineage practices with embodied awareness, creating space for realignment, clarity, and curiosity about what’s true.
