Many of us get caught in looping thoughts and our inner tension and quiet arguments with life. We try to fix our circumstances, change ourselves (or change others), hoping that steadiness will follow.

But peace rarely comes from effort. It comes from seeing clearly how we’re relating to what’s already here.

In this space, I guide you to slow down and get curious about what’s true- not to solve yourself, but to listen more honestly.

As your attention returns to the body, the breath, and the present moment, mind, body, and spirit naturally begin to realign. Not because anything was forced- but because nothing is being resisted.

From there, balance doesn’t have to be created. It returns.

I work with clients in person through sessions that help you reconnect with yourself, your body, and your inner knowing. A shamanic session will guide you through my lineage-based practices, while a human design session is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply through the lens of this system.

The foundation of this work

  • 10+ years exploring the mind, nervous system, and how life patterns shape us

  • Homeschool mom, observing learning, growth, and human behavior in real life

  • Personal practice: learned how to stop arguing with reality and find deep, lasting peace

You may notice your mind constantly narrating your life- replaying conversations, anticipating outcomes, or scanning for what needs to be fixed. Your body may stay alert, holding tension as if it’s waiting for the next thing to manage.

This doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It means you’ve learned to relate to your thoughts, feelings, and story as if they require constant control, explanation, or resolution.

Many people find their way here not because their life is falling apart, but because they’re exhausted from living inside their head and from looking outside themselves for clarity, permission, or peace.

This space isn’t about fixing yourself, stopping your thoughts, or becoming someone new.

It’s a place to slow down and notice how you're relating to your inner world, your beliefs, conditioning, emotions, and stories- with honesty.

These are just a few steps to awakening.

I don’t tell you who you are, what your purpose is, or what Spirit wants from you. I don’t offer answers, timelines, or promised outcomes. And I'm not here to be an authority over your experience.

Instead, I hold a grounded, supportive space where you can listen more clearly to yourself and remember that you have choice in how you meet what’s already here.

    Step Into a Welcoming Space & Check In

    The room is calm, cozy, and inviting. We start by noticing how you’re arriving in your body, mind, and energy.

    Guided Energetic Work

    On the table, I work with your energetic body. I attune to and track the energies moving through you. Including layers that aren’t always visible or accessible through the mind alone.

    People often experience a sense of calm, clarity, and steadiness- sometimes immediately, sometimes unfolding over time. Everyone’s experience is unique, and a range of emotions may arise during the session.

    Outtake: Integration & Next Steps

    After the session, we take a few moments to notice what came up and reflect on your experience. We’ll explore any insights, sensations, or shifts you noticed and discuss gentle ways to anchor that in your life.

About This Practice & Krystal

For a long time, I moved through life on autopilot, reacting to circumstances and trying to control outcomes. I didn’t realize how much the story I was living shaped how I saw myself, how I related to others, and the tension I carried in my body and mind.

It all began with my children. Becoming a mother revealed a new way of being and showed me that awakening to life as it is would have to start with me.

Over the past decade, I’ve been held in spaces that supported my own becoming, while also dedicating myself to deep study, inquiry, and lived practice. These experiences continue to inform how I show up and the work I offer.

I hold space for people ready to confront and dismantle the stories running their life and integrate mind and body through practical, embodied work. My approach is rooted in lived experience and training in shamanic practices, guiding people to access the wisdom, balance, and freedom already within them.
