Hi, I’m Krystal
Why are humans the way they are?
That is a question I spent ten years trying to answer.
I looked everywhere. Chasing solutions through psychology, spirituality, relationships, motherhood, and energy work. Every single time I thought I found the "ultimate answer" that would make everything make sense, it just gave birth to another question.
Then, the search collapsed. I realized that looking for the next big breakthrough is just a clever noise the mind makes to avoid sitting in absolute stillness.
What do I actually know now? I know there is no hidden secret to uncover. For me, peace wasn't found by finally fixing my life or building a grand spiritual story. Something changed when the search itself began to fall away. I started trusting life as it was, letting the mental noise settle, and returning to the life right in front of me.
I am Krystal. A wife, homeschool mama, and lifelong learner. Landing back in my actual life gave me the capacity to love and be with people easily, especially my kids.
