Natural teamwork building - Cliff play

Quick message on teamwork.

Learning teamwork is something that happens naturally. Or maybe that’s just my perception but when raising my kids in an unschooling way - I count on them to learn through play.

Here is a great example where off a trail we found a spot that is just begging to be explored. This is our second time here. Each time the kids could have easily played here for hours.

I believe it is important for kids to have experiences where they decide what they feel safe with & it’s equally important for us as parents to release that fear & learn to trust our kid’s natural instincts.

Here is our video & I am obsessed. I just love how the kids use teamwork to help the littles get up + the rescuing games that they created through play.
